継良 / keeliong • 萧 is a Singapore-based visual artist, photographer, and educator with more than 25 years of teaching experience.

His work has been exhibited in Singapore, the United States, and Japan, including Objects / 废弃物件 (II) at Gajah Gallery.

In 2022, he received the National Day Award, the Commendation Medal (Pingat Kepujian), in recognition of his contributions to public service through his work at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.

Over the past 25 years, he has taught photography and visual storytelling to hobbyists, students, working professionals, and organisations including MOE, Mediacorp, Walt Disney, CNBC Asia, CNN (Hong Kong), and Singapore Press Holdings.

Through that experience, he has come to a simple belief:

Most people don't need a better camera.
They need to slow down enough to see.

Through De-CONNECT, he encourages a slower and more thoughtful way of seeing through photography.

Mindful Photography.

No rush. One thing at a time.
